'Campaign Admin' has moved!
In preparation of our FindingPotential 360 roll-out, the ‘Campaign Admin’ menu item has moved from the top navigation bar. Hover over the ‘Candidates’ menu to access Campaign Admin.

Manage your own Account Settings
You can now change various features of your system yourself. Please go into the Assessment Manager System and click “account settings” on the blue bar towards the top of the page. A range of options are offered, please read the description and decide how you want your account to operate.
Accessibility
We have now added font size controls to all of the questionnaires. This will improve the candidate experience and is an important feature for those with any visual impairment.
FindingPotential Engage
As promised, this is the next free questionnaire to be added to the FindingPotential service (alongside the Personality Questionnaire). As you are an existing user you don’t need to do anything to activate the service – we have already added it to your account.

Email Delivery - User Support Tip
Some candidates will experience difficulties receiving invite emails due to spam/junk email filtering at various points in the email delivery process. Emails are sent to users once the questionnaire has been completed.
Emails are automatically sent to candidates upon questionnaire completion with a link to their Personal Standard Report .

A series of workbooks have been created to support your use of the personality questionnaire. These range from advice on interview questions through to using the results in team building. All the workbooks are in PDF form, please use them often.

FindingPotential reports are intended to be clear, easy to use and add to your understanding, but in truth they are only the start of the process. We have created a series of worksheets to help guide candidates through the results and get real value from the experience. Please feel free to use as many as you wish and as often as you like.
