Manage your own Account Settings

You can now change various features of your system yourself. Please go into the Assessment Manager System and click “account settings” on the blue bar towards the top of the page. A range of options are offered, please read the description and decide how you want your account to operate.

Accessibility

We have now added font size controls to all of the questionnaires. This will improve the candidate experience and is an important feature for those with any visual impairment.

FindingPotential Engage

As promised, this is the next free questionnaire to be added to the FindingPotential service (alongside the Personality Questionnaire). As you are an existing user you don’t need to do anything to activate the service – we have already added it to your account.

Overview:

Traditionally organisations have focused on the tasks and activities they want people to do in their jobs. As an example, if you are expected to give presentations it is likely that the recruiting organisation may ask you to give a presentation as part of the recruitment process. All of which is perfectly logical and sensible. However, few people leave their jobs because of their inability to do the tasks they are required to perform. It is more likely there will be some dissatisfaction with factors such as career progression, salary & rewards, work-life balance, relationships with colleagues or manager, or something else.

The FindingPotential Engage Questionnaire is designed to help organisations and individuals make more informed career choices, based on better insight into the factors that are most important for them to feel engaged in their job and committed to the organisation.

Accessing the questionnaire from your account:

Simply add candidates in the normal way, at the bottom of the candidate details page you will notice there is a drop down box “Assessments” – select Engage and then complete the process by clicking the blue “add candidate” button on the right.

WE STRONGLY RECOMEND THAT YOU COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND USE THE WORKBOOKS PROVIDED BEFORE DECIDING TO USE IN YOUR ORGNAISATION.

FindingPotential Engage is powerful tool that provides a unique insight into the relationship between you and the organisation you work in. Firsthand experience will help you to understand how you, your organisation, candidates and current employees might benefit from its use.

Free Custom Options:

Logo – if your logo already appears on the personality questionnaire it will also appear on Engage. If you would like your logo added please see the 8th Feb update below.

Email Delivery - User Support Tip

Some candidates will experience difficulties receiving invite emails due to spam/junk email filtering at various points in the email delivery process. One way to combat this problem is to also enter your email address (as the user/administrator) into the Email Address field when you add a candidate. By doing this you will get a copy of the invite email which can then be forwarded on in the event of a delivery issue. Simply separate multiple addresses with a comma:

CandidateEmailAddress.net,YourEmailAddress.com

Custom Options

By default we have already enabled some custom options for your account.

For FindingPotential Personality:

  • Emails are sent to users once the questionnaire has been completed.
  • Emails are automatically sent to candidates upon questionnaire completion with a link to their Personal Standard Report .
  • Activated autoreminders for uncompleted questionnaires, these go out weekly on a Thursday.

If you would like us to change any of these options please email support@findingpotential.net telling us which of them you would like to deactivate. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can identify your account.

Add your logo

Add your logo
We’d like to customise the whole personality questionnaire experience for you and candidates by including your logo in the Assessment Manager, invite emails, questionnaires and reports.

To do this we need your logo in .jpg or .gif format, ideally on a white background, and sized to a maximum width of 200px and height of 80px. Optimised for the web is also a good idea. (all that said, if you need help with this drop us a line).

Please then attach it to an email and send to support@findingpotential.net - please make sure this email contains the email address you signed up with.
